Patient Satisfaction for Magnet

Patient Satisfaction questions we will be using for Magnet:

 

For Adult Inpatient, Adult ED, and Ambulatory Surgery we will use:

• Nursing staff sensitive to my needs as a patient.
• Nursing staff identified who they were when caring for me.
• There was good teamwork among the doctors, therapists and other staff who cared for me.
• I was taught about the pain scale and how my pain would be managed.

For Ambulatory Care (Hospital based Clinics):

• Clinical staff identified who they were when they cared for me.
• Clinical staff showed concern and sensitivity to my needs.
• Clinical staff helped me understand my health condition.
• There was good teamwork among the doctors, therapists and other staff who cared for me.

For Pediatric Inpatient:

• Nurses’ special/personal needs attention.
• Nurses inform using clear language.
• How well child’s pain controlled.
• Staff worked together.

 For Pediatric ED:

• Nurses attentive to you/child.
• Nurses informative re treatments.
• Nurses took time to listen.
• How well pain was controlled.
